After more than 30 years of large-scale construction,China's expressway has entered a stage that need Frequent maintenance.Based on the surveyed pavement data,the performance of the pavement will decline gradually because of time and driving load or other reasons,There will be surface damage to many highways,and they will need take the corresponding means for maintenance.Therefore,in order to maintain the service level of highway and reduce the capital investment and prolong the survey life of the road,it is necessary preventive maintenance of road damage in the early stage of road damage.Preventive maintenance applied in the early stage of road surface disease,the road pavement also maintained good structural performance,the adoption of the precautionary measures can prevent the development of the original disease expansion..At present,the preventive maintenance measures used in highway asphalt pavement mainly include fog seal,micro-surfacing,thin layer cover,chip seal,crack seal,slurry seal,etc..This paper based on the study of the domestic and foreign preventive maintenance data and the engineering application examples,analyzes the main diseases of highway asphalt pavement and its influence on various aspects of pavement performance,and discusses the main maintenance technology and working process adopted at present.,the methods for decision-making of preventive maintenance measures are analyzed from the aspects of maintenance time determination,maintenance section division and maintenance plan selection.,and according to the Shenyang--Dalian preventive maintenance engineering examples of the application and effect analysis of pre maintenance measures,this paper provides a reference for the promotion of preventive maintenance technology,and its influence on the performance of pavement,and probes into the pre curing technology and working flow,which is determined from the curing time and The method of decision making of preventive maintenance measures was analyzed in the aspects of the Division of Maintenance Section and the selection of maintenance plan,and the application and effect of the preventive curing measures were analyzed according to the case of Shen-da High speed Preventative maintenance project,which provided reference for the popularization of preventive maintenance technology.
