With the continuous development of China's economic level, the traffic capacity of urban expressways is becoming increasingly saturated.Due to the unreasonable lane change behavior of the road sections near the exit, congestion and traffic accidents often occur at the expressway exits. Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the lane change behavior of a vehicle that intends to exit the expressway. And with the rapid development of smart transportation, travel planning through voice navigation has become widespread. Therefore, this article comprehensively uses the related theories of traffic flow theory, statistics, traffic psychology, and uses research methods of experimental analysis, system analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and theory-related reality.Combining the voice navigation prompts with the optimization of lane changing behaviors,a lane change assistant based on voice prompts was constructed to reduce traffic delay caused by lane change and improve traffic safety, and reduce congestion near expressway exits. The research results have certain theoretical significance for the future development of smart transportation, lane change assistance and driverless technology. The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)This article analyzes the traffic flow characteristics of the expressway exit section.Combine the actual roads to collect traffic flow data in the field, and analyze traffic flow three-parameter(traffic flow, speed, density)based on traffic flow theory. The results show that the three-parameter relationship of the traffic flow basically fits the Greenshields model, which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the lane change behavior of the expressway.(2)This paper designs a simulated driving experiment to study the driver's auditory response characteristics in changing lanes.A total of 90 experiments were conducted on 30 pilots using the driving simulator, and experimental data were collected by D-Lab software. In the experiment, the start time of voice prompting with lane changing is taken as the starting point of measurement, and the maximum time of the change of the corner speed of the steering wheel of the vehicle is taken as the measurement end point to measure the auditory response time of the test driver.By fitting the experimental data to the normal distribution, the expected time value of the auditory response of the driver to the voice prompt in the lane change behavior is obtained.(3)This paper establishes a lane-changing distance caculating model for urban expressway exits based on traffic flow information. The model takes the road section near the exit of the one-way two-lane expressway as the research object. The road section is divided into yellow and red areas.Based on traffic flow and traffic wave theory, the traffic delay caused by the lane change in the yellow zone and the red zone is analyzed. The model aims to minimize the traffic delay time, determines the driver's optimal lane change timing, and solves by the grid method.(4)This paper combines the expected time of the auditory response with the model, and builds a lane-changing distance caculating model for urban expressway exits based on voice navigation guidance. The model enables the driver who intends to get out of the expressway to complete the lane change operation smoothly after receiving the voice guidance, and minimize the effect of the lane change on the traffic efficiency and traffic safety of the expressway, and through the Matlab software programming example analysis, verifying the feasibility and rationality of the model.
