With the rapid development of economy and society in Shaanxi Province,its consumption of energy has also increased year by year.Among the energy consumption,coal consumption dominates,while relatively clean natural gas and other clean new energy sources consume less and the proportion of consumption is small,and the structure of energy consumption is seriously unreasonable.It has also led to the emission of haze pollutants such as SO2,NOX,and smoke?powder?dust,which has aggravated haze pollution.Because haze pollution is closely related to energy consumption,the paper attempts to optimize the energy consumption structure of Shaanxi Province from the perspective of pollution control and haze reduction,and to prevent haze pollution from the perspective of energy consumption structure optimization.Based on studies reading,the paper analyzes the current situation of haze pollution and energy consumption structure in Shaanxi Province,and uses the grey correlation method to analyze the relationship between them.With MATLAB R2014a software,using BP neural network to predict the total energy consumption and consumption structure in Shaanxi Province from 2017 to 2020,and based on this,calculate the emissions of haze pollutants such as SO2,NOX,smoke?powder?dust and CO2 generated in energy consumption.With LINGO 11.0 software,using the objective optimization method,build an optimization model of economy-energy-environment integration from the perspective of pollution control and haze reduction,optimize the energy consumption structure of Shaanxi Province,and propose countermeasures and suggestions.The results of this study show that the emissions of haze major pollutants in Shaanxi Province are large,the characteristics of the polluted area are obvious,the cause of haze formation is complex;the energy consumption structure is irrational,the proportion of coal consumption is too large,the proportion of clean energy is small,and energy efficiency is low.The correlation between energy consumption structure and haze pollution is relatively large.From 2017 to 2020,the proportion of coal consumption in Shaanxi Province showed a declining trend,while the proportion of oil,natural gas,and other energy consumption is on an upward trend.By 2020,the proportion of coal,oil,natural gas,and other energy consumption in Shaanxi Province will be 68.69%,15.18%,10.78%,5.35%,SO2,NOX,smoke?powder?dust and CO2 emissions generated from energy consumption will reach 837,500 tons,533,900 tons,282,600 tons,324,609,400 tons respectively.Under the perspective of pollution control and haze reduction,after optimizing the energy consumption structure of Shaanxi Province,by 2020 the energy consumption structure of Shaanxi Province will be optimized from 72.73%:13.25%:9.47%:4.54%in 2015 to 53.13%:18.87%:22%:6%,the corresponding SO2,NOX,and smoke?powder?dust emissions will decrease by 11%,10%,and 13%respectively compared to 2015.The energy consumption structure will be more reasonable,and the haze emissions will be effectively controlled.Therefore,in order to optimize the energy consumption structure in Shaanxi Province,the government and enterprises should work together to promote the development of clean coal,increase the proportion of natural gas consumption,and vigorously develop new energy sources.
