With the development of global industrialization economy,the integration of manufacturing and service has become the mainstream trend and a single production-oriented manufacturing model is gradually shifting to a service-oriented manufacturing model which combines product and service.Therefore,as the extension and development of the industrial product service system in the logistics industry,warehouse product service system is leading a new type of warehouse system solution,which on the premise of integrating warehouse and service mechanism.Warehouse product service system provides a systematic inventory service solution for enterprises by integrating the third party's intelligent warehousing and real-time distribution.Compared with the traditional warehouse mode,through promoting the whole life cycle management design of warehouse materials,implementing the intensive management of storage resources and optimizing the overall allocation of material resources,the collaboration and operational efficiency in the logistics and industrial fields can be improved comprehensively.At the same time,it is of great significance to promote the transformation of manufacturing industry from production-oriented manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing by a wide range of logistics resources allocation and balanced utilization,reducing logistics costs,increasing service value and changing the way of economic development.On the basis of summarizing the research status of the product service system both at home and abroad,this paper takes the customer's uncertain demand as the starting point,discusses the optimization problem of the maximum income of the warehouse product service system,and carries out the research of the comprehensive service ability identification and the service achievement evaluation.The specific work is as follows:(1)Under the brief analysis between the connotation and characteristics of the warehouse product service system uncertain demand,an interval-optimized uncertain demand model based on the improved interval probability was constructed,and finally obtain the maximum benefit of warehouse product service system,which provides the basis of warehouse product service system decision.(2)Analyze the connotation of service ability of warehouse product service system,through the construction of warehouse service capability maturity model,the analytic hierarchy process was used to solve the maturity model,and then identify the service maturity level of the warehouse product service system.(3)Construct the service evaluation system model of warehouse product service system,standard impact loss method was selected to calculate the weight of evaluation index,and make adjustments to the weights of the evaluation indicators on the premise of considering the customer demand preference,then the formula based on the distance average solution was used to evaluate the given warehouse product service system,which provides a basis for decision-makers to find the reasonable scheme.(4)Prototype system development and case validation.Finally,an example was used to verify and analyze the feasibility and rationality of the above-mentioned key technologies.
