The Multiplex Organic Hydraulicity material is a new type of pavement material which is mixed,spread out and compacted at ordinary temperature.It has good road performance and can meet the needs of highway construction and maintenance projects with different climatic and geographical conditions to a large extent.Saving energy and reducing pollution.But the mixing and spreading equipment of this material is still in blank at home and abroad.Therefore,based on the support of the national science and technology support project,according to the overall requirements of the design of the mixing and spreading integrated machine,the hydraulic driving system of its five kinds of mixing materials has been calculated,simulated and tested.The batching system is one of the key technologies of the MOH material mixing and spreading machine.Its precision directly affects the pavement performance of the mixture and then affects the service life of the road.From the point of view of the dynamics and kinematics of hydraulic system,this paper discusses the scheme of the hydraulic drive system.According to the conveying structure,power and torque of each component of the batching system,the parameter matching of the hydraulic driving system is completed,and the selection of the main components is calculated and checked.According to the result of parameter matching,the simulation model of the batching system is established in the AMESim software.The performance of the batching hydraulic driving system is simulated under the condition of constant load,impact load,slope load and fluctuating load.Respectively,the anti-interference ability of batching hydraulic system under different working conditions is mainly studied.Through the field test of the prototype,the actual working parameters of the hydraulic driving system of the mixing and spreading machine are studied.According to the research,the hydraulic drive system of batching system based on PVG32 multi-way valves can realize unequal pressure control and unequal flow distribution,which meets the basic requirements of the system,and the scheme is feasible;the simulation results show that the scheme has a strong adaptability to different load changes,can realize constant flow control of hydraulic drive system of batching system,and achieve mixture ratio requirements;the hydraulic system can realize the adjustment of different mix ratio and different conveyer quantity of mixture;the field experiment shows that the prototype batching system can meet the requirements of hydraulic motor design speed and working pressure,and the system design is reasonable.
