As the increase of people's environmental awareness and the continuous improvement of the surrounding living environment,various types of special vehicles for cleaning in cities,square streets,and high-grade highways are increasingly appearing in people's eyes.Such engineering vehicles not only need to have a certain speed of the transition capability,but also need to ensure the stability of the vehicle's running speed at low speed operations,the traditional dual-engine construction vehicles can no longer meet the low speed requirements under the working conditions,at the same time,dual engine The power system has large fuel consumption and exhaust emissions,and does not meet the requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection.For this reason,single engine engineering vehicles are generally favored by special vehicle manufacturers and users.However,for special vehicles such as sanitation vehicles,achieving single-engine power drive inevitably encounters the problem of power decoupling technology.This article is based on a single-engine road sweeper transfer case developed jointly by Chang'an University and XCMG Environment Company.The project uses a mechanical static pressure compound power take-off transfer case,which uses the traditional mechanical transmission method to complete the rapid transfer work in the mechanical mode,and adopts a closed hydraulic system with stepless speed to complete the low-speed walking in the working mode.Solve the single-engine power decoupling problem completely.In order to integrate this power transfer case into the vehicle control system,this article first introduced and analyzed the structure and working principle of this mechanical static pressure transfer case,and determined the number of transfer cases under different conditions.This kind of control scheme,through the monitoring of its working status,integrates its working status signal with the control information of the whole vehicle,realizes a certain degree of intelligence,and better assumes its role for the whole vehicle.Secondly,on this basis,in order to complete the incoming plant function test,loading test and reliability test of the power take-off transfer case,a test stand for this transfer case was built and the overall plan of the test stand was elaborated.,And its structure and a set of electro-hydraulic control system from the hardware to software development.The design of the single engine test bench has the characteristics of data acquisition,real-time monitoring,self-diagnosis alarm and friendly operation interface.Finally,through the design of the PLC programming and touch screen on the constructed test bench,the test bench basically meets the design requirements.
