With the rapid and steady development of the national economy and a large number of high-speed railway and highway construction, there are more and more tunnels. However, due to the design, construction, geological, hydrological surveys, supervision, inspection and other various reasons, existing working railway tunnel lining has lining deformation, cracking, wrong units, leakage and corrosion diseases, which significantly reduced the level of the line and threatened the safety of operation, in serious cases, made the tunnel useless. therefore, the decision-making of the method for the existing tunnel lining disease assessment and maintenance is especially important. This paper studies from the following aspects:1) Railway tunnel belongs to half concealed work because it is constructed in the ground medium. It is difficult to determine the specific disease conditions.. This paper determined weight according to the investigation of the phenomenon of tunnel lining disease and improved fuzzy AHP. Compared with the traditional AHP, It has more advantages. It solved the problem of judging the consistency matrix and considered people's fuzzy judgment of complicated things, which makes weight more realistic. It also improved Fuzzy Algorithm and avoided fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method's shortcomings of neglecting single disease so that the evaluation complies with the actual needs even more. A health assessment of existing railway tunnel model for railway maintenance staff is established to find out the main diseases and the degree of various diseases.2) The analysis and validation are based on the evaluation results of Railway tunnel lining health assessment model and finite element analysis software ANSYS, which increases the reliability of the findings as well as verifies the evaluation of the model.3) The reasonable choice of railway tunnel lining crack damage repair plan is influenced by investment cost, natural environment and construction difficulty factors. According to these factors, the thesis establishes existing railway tunnel maintenance schemes decision-making model with discernibility matrix heuristic reduction algorithm, expert evaluation method and multilevel grey evaluation method. The model determines the weight of index layer objectively with the discernibility matrix heuristic reduction algorithm and determines the weight of sub goal subjectively with expert evaluation method, which has guaranteed the scientific of weight. At the same time, the model is adopted in the theory of grey hierarchy grey comprehensive evaluation method of existing railway tunnel lining repair plan comprehensive decision, so as to solve the "small" or "poor information" to the evaluation of the scheme, which guarantees the reliability of the decision results.4) the research results are applied to the××, which verified the health assessment of existing railway tunnel railway tunnel model and the existing maintenance program decision-making model are reliable and practical.
