| At present,the process of urbanization in China is accelerating and the population of the city is increasing rapidly,leading to a series of urban problems,where urban congestion and environmental pollution are the most prominent problems.With the prosperity and development of e-commerce,the increasing demand for urban distribution leads to the increasing amount of urban traffic.These are exacerbating urban congestion and pollution.Therefore,it is particularly important to optimize the distribution route of vehicles and use low-energy and low-pollution electric vehicles for distribution.These measures not only alleviate congestion and environmental pollution,but also have strategic significance to adjust China’s energy and industrial structure,promote low-carbon economic development,and low-carbon logistics construction.This paper starts with the characteristics of low-carbon logistics and urban logistics distribution,analyzes the inevitability and unique advantages of using pure electric vehicles.On this basis,it takes urban distribution as the background,and takes the minimum total cost of distribution as the optimization goal,the carbon emission cost of the vehicle operation is also included in the total distribution cost.Then the routing optimization model of pure electric vehicle was established with the constraints of vehicle capacity,charging and driving mileage,considering carbon emission costs with a social charging network,and a fuel vehicle distribution route optimization model with load limiting and considering the carbon emission cost.The total distribution cost included the single transportation cost of vehicle,the variable cost of the single transportation,the energy(fuel and electric energy)cost and the carbon emission cost.Then,the Genetic Algorithm(GA)was designed to solve the solution of the model;the optimal distribution plan was obtained with the data of actual case.Finally,the distribution program under two distribution modes were compared.The research results show that the vehicle distribution model and the designed GA designed in this paper can get the optimal distribution route scheme.Through the comparison and analysis of the two distribution modes,it can be concluded that in the actual operation,pure electric vehicles have lower distribution costs and less pollution.Pure electric vehicle distribution accords with the development trend of low-carbon logistics.This paper proposes a pure electric vehicle distribution model that considers the cost of carbon emissions,discusses the unique advantages of pure electric vehicles as urban distribution vehicles.The study has further enriched the research on the optimization of vehicle distribution routes,which is of great significance for the mitigation of urban traffic pollution and improvement of the traffic environment.It also provides a basis for the possible implementation of carbon emissions trading in the future. |
