In modern highway construction,the quality of road surface is closely related to the quality of subgrade.The construction quality of highway pavement such as flatness,compaction uniformity,pavement collapse and service life are all related to the smoothness of roadbed.However,now the roadbed construction is mostly combined with bulldozers,graders and excavators,thus affecting the smoothness of the roadbed.The multifunctional roadbed shaping machine developed by a company can solve the above problems well.In this paper,the performance and construction quality of multifunctional roadbed shaping machine are studied,which is helpful for further improvement and application of this machine.The paper analyses the mechanical structure and power transmission scheme of the multi-function subgrade shaping machine,expounds the construction technology of the plastic shaping machine,and also discusses the quality of the construction of the subgrade.The paper analyzes the performance of the multi-function subgrade plastic machinery,and the resistance of the equipment and the milling rotor.The movement and force are studied.The milling rotor of the subgrade of the plastic machine is arranged by "product",and the milling rotor in the middle is selected as the research object.The simulation analysis is carried out in the SolidWorks modeling and the introduction of the ADAMS.According to the simulation analysis in ADAMS,the law of motion and force variation of milling rotor are obtained.At the same time,the tool installation angle and tool tip angle are optimized by using the ADAMS optimization design tool.The optimization results of two parameters show that with the change of installation angle and tool tip angle,the resistance moment of milling rotor will also change.Under the condition that the rake angle is not zero,the optimal installation angle is 45 degrees,and the blade tip angle is 90 degrees.In this paper,the force analysis of the plastic machine and the simulation analysis of the milling rotor of the subgrade of the plastic machine in ADAMS provide some reference for the same kind of mechanical research and development,which is helpful to the improvement and rational use of the multi-function subgrade shaping machine.
