Abstract/Summary:
The vibratory roller is an important mechanical equipment in the road construction operation.At present,with the continuous improvement of the level of economic construction in China,the position of highway construction is becoming more and more important in the basic construction of our country,so it is imminent to improve the performance of construction machinery.The performance of the vibratory roller directly affects the smoothness and compactness of the construction road,and vibration damping system is an important part of vibratory roller.It is found that the good vibration damping system can improve the quality of the engineering,but our country is behind the foreign countries at present.Therefore,the in-depth study and analysis of it can provide some reference for the research and development of the superior performance vibratory roller.In this paper,a domestic 14 T double steel wheel vibratory roller is taken as the research object.First,the complex structure is analyzed,and the operating parameters of the roller are determined,which lays a theoretical foundation for the next simulation.The three-dimensional model of the main components of the vibratory roller is created by using 3ds Max three-dimensional software,and then the whole machine model is formed together with each component.Then the simulation control item is used to simulate the vibration and rotation of the vibration wheel.Then,the operation of the vibratory roller and the operation simulation of the whole construction process are formed.At the same time,in order to study the vibration damping system of the vibrator,the three-dimensional solid model of the roller is established by Pro/E,and the flexible body is created with ANSYS to simulate the rubber damper in the compacted ground and vibration damping system.All models are imported into ADAMS by using data conversion function between software,and the corresponding constraints and drivers are added to the model according to the actual situation of construction work.The influence of the angle between the web and the vertical direction,the quality ratio of up and down,the position of the front and rear center of the vehicle on the vibration system of the roller are analyzed.The better reasonable parameters are obtained.By comparing the experimental results before and after the optimization,the vibration damping performance of the vibrator is greatly improved.According to the means of theoretical analysis and simulation experiment,this paper mainly studies the working process and vibration damping system of a 14 T double steel wheel vibratory roller,which provides a basis for the rational selection of the relevant parameters in the design and use of vibratory rollers,and is of certain reference value for developing advanced vibrating roller machines.
