With the development of economy,the environmental and energy problems in our country have become increasingly prominent.At the same time,the demand for urban sanitation operations is also growing.This requires the development of a new type of environmental sanitation vehicle that is energy-efficient,environmentally friendly,and highly efficient.The hybrid sanitation vehicle not only alleviates the problem of poor emission performance of traditional sanitation vehicles,but also solves the problem of charging and cruising of electric sanitation vehicles.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to research and develop hybrid sanitation vehicles.First of all,this paper proposes a power drive scheme for a new type of hybrid sweeper.The driving state of the engine and motor of the new hybrid sweeper is briefly described in different operating modes.According to the main performance indicators of the sweeper,the drive motor of the hybrid sweeper was initially selected.Drive motor is also the main content of this paper.Then according to the basic principle of the three-phase PMSM vector control system,the MATLAB simulation of SVPWM control algorithm is performed.Using MATLAB and LabVIEW to complete three-phase PMSM vector control system modeling and simulation analysis.Next,DSP56F8346 is used as the master chip of the control system to complete the corresponding software writing and hardware system production.The hardware system mainly completes the design of the DSP-based control circuit,power driver circuit,signal conditioning circuit,and protection circuit,draws the schematic diagram,and produces PCB models.The software system uses Freescale's embedded software development system CodeWarrior v8.3,according to the software design flow chart,to mainly perform the software writing of SVPWM algorithm module,A/D data acquisition module,timer module,coordinate transformation module and PI adjustment module and test it one by one,then integrate them together.A data acquisition system based on CAN is also designed to collect,transmit and receive the data of the motor,battery and other systems.Using LabVIEW to create the corresponding control,display interface.Finally,the SVPWM based on DSP was debugged by PC Master and the algorithm of SVPWM was verified.The running experiment of PMSM was carried out and the waveforms of voltage and current of PMSM phase were detected.The experiment of collecting,transmitting,receiving and displaying the current,voltage and rotational speed based on CAN is carried out.
