The full casing rotary drilling rig is a large construction machinery which drives the casing to achieve 360 degrees of rotation and applies the vertical load to the casing.With the continuous development of urban underground infrastructure construction,the shaft construction projects are increasing.It is urgent to study the large diameter full casing rotary drilling rig,which is applied to the shaft of the underground pipe gallery,the starting shaft of the tunnel,the subway station,the shaft of subway tunnel emergency rescue,etc.The key structure and hydraulic system of ?4m full casing rotary drilling rig is researched.The influence of resistance and resistance moment of different stratum soil on casing is analyzed.Side resistance of the casing,end resistance of the casing shoe,side friction torque of the casing,resistance torque of the cutter,and friction torque of the cutter are calculated,the pulling force,pressing force,rotary torque and other design parameters of the drilling rig are obtained,which are the foundation of design.The mechanical analysis and structural design of the main clamping mechanism are carried out.The number of wedge-shaped slips and the relationship between clamping force and torque,etc.are obtained.The three-row roller bearings of drive system are selected;the gears and keys are designed,selected and checked.The bearings are selected and checked.Meanwhile the 3D model of rig is built to prevent interference between the parts by SolidWorks.The lines static structure analysis of the wedge-shaped slip is executed by ANSYS.The simulation results of the two working conditions are compared to check whether the wedge-shaped slip meets the strength requirements of the material.Based on the response surface method,the multi-objective optimization of quality,equivalent stress and deformation of the wedge slip is achieved,so that the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 13.7%,the maximum deformation is reduced by 13.17%,and a better structure size is obtained.The hydraulic system of the pushing-pulling and the clamping mechanism is designed,calculated and selected.
