Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous expansion of the urban population,the local government departments are seeking the construction of metro rail transit,in order to alleviate the pressure on the transportation and reduce environmental pollution.The rail transit industry is rapidly developing in major cities.The location of subway stations are usually selected in places with a large amount of urban traffic.Given the narrow construction area,the constructors are facing with a great challenge in the construction of deep excavations of stations.BIM technology represents the future of the construction industry.It is necessary to apply BIM technology to the construction of deep excavations.This will greatly promote the smooth progress of the deep excavation engineering and advance the rapid progress of the metro rail transit industry.In this study,we mainly studied the following contents:(1)The research status of BIM technology both in China and abroad is summarized,and the concept,application features,core modeling software and mainstream software introduction of BIM technology are introduced,the application features and advantages of BIM in deep excavations engineering construction are analyzed;the relevant documents and normative data of deep excavations construction and BIM are referred,and the BIM of deep excavation model based on Revit platform is established.(2)BIM is applied to the construction site layout planning and the construction of deep excavation,the layout plan of the construction site and its optimization using the rich information of BIM is arranged,the 3D technical disclosure and the virtual 4D construction simulation of the BIM in earth excavation and deep excavation supporting process of the deep excavation construction are studied.(3)Based on the theories and methods of schedule management,planning optimization and planning control theory of construction that are commonly used at present,the detailed content and implementation method after the integration of BIM technology are studied.(4)Finally,with the case of a deep excavation project of a subway station,the efficiency and practicality of BIM technology in the construction of deep excavation and schedule planning are verified.
