Comparison Of Contents In 19 Hemerocallis Cultivars And Its Application In The Garden Design Of Hemerocallis Species

Hemerocallis is a perennial herbaceous perennial,has 3000 years of training history in China,with medicinal,ornamental value.However,due to the wide geographical distribution of origin,the lack of systematic collection and collation of germplasm resources and the introduction of new foreign varieties by different channels,the variety of Hemerocallis versicolor germplasm resources is complex and diverse.Hemerocallis as a medicinal plant,contains colchicine has some pharmacological effects,and broad prospects for application.In this study,Hemerocallis germplasm resources garden was established by collecting and analyzing Hemerocallis cultivars at home and abroad.Based on the morphological observation and the comprehensive evaluation of 19 Hemerocallis cultivars and the comparison and analysis of the medicinal ingredient colchicine,the cultivars of Hemerocallis of high medicinal value and ornamental value were screened out,and provided a certain theoretical basis for the planning and design of "Hemerocallis" garden.The main research results are as follows:1.Hemerocallis cultivars were investigated at home and abroad,and Hemerocallis germplasm resources were introduced and collected(including wild species,local varieties and foreign varieties),and Hemerocallis germplasm resources garden was established in Shanghai Institute of Technology.The nine comprehensive evaluation models of ornamental hemerocallis were established by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The 19 hemerocallis cultivars were divided into three grades according to the comprehensive evaluation,and analyzed their application in the garden.2.The extraction technology of colchicine from Hemerocallis fresh roots by ultrasonic solvent extraction was studied.Through experiment,the best extracting condition of extracting colchicine by solvent extraction is: 80% ethanol as extractant,the ratio of solid to liquid is 1: 1,and the solution is sonicated three times at 30 ℃ for 20 minutes.The contents of colchicine in 19 cultivars of Hemerocallis were detected and analyzed by sonication solvent extraction and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the highest colchicine variety was Hemerocallis aurantiaca Baker,with a content of 0.90 ug / g,followed by H.‘India sky’,H.‘Red Spider’,H.‘Chicago Fire’,H.‘Asnone’,H.‘Essex’,H.‘Proto’and H.‘Golden Doll’,thus screening out Hemerocallis cultivars withrelatively high contents of colchicine.3.Based on the above research,completed the Hemerocallis garden-"Hemerocallis " planning and design.Through the analysis of the surrounding environment,the climatic conditions and the status quo of the site,the paper discussed the planning orientation,zoning planning and plant selection of the Hemerocallis garden.Hope for the future Heyday garden planning and construction to provide some guidance and suggestions.
