Since the reform and opening up,the people's material living standard is increasing,which is followed by the dependence of the people on energy,especially the non renewable resources such as coal and oil.However,although China is a large country,but the number of population for a long time to maintain the world's first,leading to per capita resources far behind other countries.Therefore,the development of new energy and energy conservation has become a hot topic in all sectors of society.Heating is not unfamiliar to residents in northern China.It will become the focus of discussion every winter.However,heating is still mainly dependent on coal.Although there are many ways to replace coal for heating,it has not been popularized.Therefore,how to reduce the use of coal on the basis of ensuring the residents' normal heat consumption has become a hot topic for heating enterprises to discuss.According to the actual situation,this paper takes a district heating and heating station in Dalian as an example,and uses SIEMENS S7-300 PLC to carry out the unattended transformation.Through the full use of the original equipment in the heating station,the necessary new equipment can be added so that the operators can control the heating station from the far side to achieve the goal of unmanned.By using PLC,it can protect and alarm the accidents in the heating station,so as to achieve the purpose of safe and stable operation;at the same time,the plan of PLC is used.The function of calculation and control has realized the automatic setting and controlling of the temperature of the two network according to the change of the temperature of the environment,and then controlling the economic operation of the heating station,so as to achieve the purpose of maximizing the interests of the enterprise.The above functions ensure that the heating station can operate safely,stably and economically under unattended conditions.Compared with the previous heating method,the unattended heating station can accomplish the heating task better.Through the operation of winter and the data obtained,the unattended transformation for the heating station not only ensures the safe operation of the heating station,but also reduces the energy consumption,and achieves the purpose of energy saving.The report generated at the same time provides good data reference for future technological transformation.Moreover,the labor cost of enterprises has been reduced,and the management of employees has been strengthened.
