The stable operation of water supply pressure station is an important guarantee for the life of urban residents,and also an important responsibility of water supply management department.At present,the degree of automatic operation of water supply pressurization stations has been improved,but most of the water supply pressurization stations are scattered in remote suburban areas.In order to ease the working pressure of water supply management departments and improve the efficiency of operation and management,the management concept and mode of no-man-on-duty are gradually adopted by water management departments.Based on the concept of unattended management and combined with the experience of water supply system management,this thesis summarizes and analyzes the management demand of water supply pressure station,and puts forward a method of remote monitoring and remote control,an unmanned Operation Management System for water supply pressurization station is designed.The system collects the operation data of field equipments and lines with high precision,realizes the remote monitoring,and realizes the remote intervention and control to the water supply pressure station through the remote control technology,the management efficiency of water supply pressure station is improved.This thesis mainly follows the following steps:Firstly,this thesis introduces the Water Supply Situation of water pressure station and water supply Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone,summarizes the current management situation of Water Supply Management Center,and studies the development of water supply pressure technology and the transformation of water supply management mode.Then,the principle and system composition of non-negative pressure variable frequency constant pressure water supply system are summarized,and the cooperative working mode and control law among pumping units in Yonghe station are analyzed in detail.Secondly,the structure and design requirements of the unattended electric Operation System of water supply pressurization station are analyzed.According to the system design requirement,the function structure,the main station structure of Water Supply Management Center and the sub-station structure of water supply pressure station are studied.The detailedanalysis and design are carried out from the aspects of electric running state monitoring and collection,communication structure and design,early warning and alarm,long-distance switching and so on.Finally,the application and management benefit of the unattended management system are summarized,and then the abnormal soft start and frequent start and stop of the motor are analyzed,and an optimal design scheme of motor control strategy is put forward,this is followed by an analysis of a voltage interruption event caused by an abnormal power load,and combined with the remote closing records of the Jiulong and Yonghe water supply pressurization stations,the thesis summarizes the benefit of remote closing application for water supply pressure station management.
