Now,Chinese new energy vehicles are facing the embarrassing situation of car more while pile less,the number of charging piles is seriously insufficient,so there is a huge incremental space.While the number of Chinese mainland city road lighting is far more than 19 million 490 thousand,the utilization rate from speaking,daytime lights are a waste of resources,so combining the design of a street lamp charging system based on reconstruction of resource-based resources and the existing street lamp charging pile is needed,not only can improve the utilization rate of light,but also can increase the number of charging piles.Firstly,this paper analyzes the significance and trend of the development of charging pile system based on street lamp,then design the hardware of the system,in the coordination of STM32 core system,charging system and lighting system in this system both in control and independent of each other,complementary resources,not only can save the construction cost of the traditional charging pile hardware at the same time makes the electric pile equipment can be evenly distributed,but also improve the utilization rate of the lamp in the daytime,in order to ensure the safety of the system,the paper designs a security guarantee system,in order to realize the charging power acquisition and upload function,this paper also designed the smart meter to build power acquisition system based on the data acquisition system in order to achieve uploaded to the server,this paper also designed the ESP8266 wireless communication system and wireless transmission module of wireless control based on data mining,and compared with the traditional charging pile,the cost of the communication line of the charging pile is saved,and the charging user can pay the charging fee only by using the mobile phone software.Then,this paper analyzes the related program control core Keil platform based on the development of the system not only realizes the charging based on DLT645 communication protocol for intelligent meter control and power collection,or the implementation of the ESP8266 wireless module will be charging pile system for collecting data wirelessly upload function program,in reference to the large number of ST library functions,simplified the process of development,presented the development efficiency.Finally,Finally,this paper analyzes the app charging based on Eclipse platform development,not only to achieve the user charging app control charging start stop by,also achieved a app with the WiFi mobile phone charging electricity information related functions of charging pile in reading.Through field test,street reconstruction charging pile system in the detected access charging vehicle based on this design,and can perform a charging instruction sent by the server,after charging,power acquisition system data can be successfully uploaded to the server,so its function and performance meet the design requirements.
