The pulse modulation is a technology about generating, controlling the wave and transforming, testing the pulse single. It was used in extensive field. One of these is the application in high physical researching field. The BEPCII project is a update of the BEPC. In the project the pulse power supply is the important part.This paper mainly discuss the design and realization of the high voltage pulse power supply system, this power supply was design to be a high pulse power out, short rise time and fall time system. It also demanded a stable wave in time and the breadth. So the effect bring form autoecious capacitance is a very important infector to considerate.First all, for the power supply is a two pole out system, we use the balance transformer to solve this problem. The paper discussed the principles of the transformer and chose the parameters by the equations.For short the rise time of pulse, the saturation reactor was used. Actually it was a magnistor the voltage was raised in a very short time in the processing of the magnetic core working under not saturation situation and saturation situation. This paper introduced the design of saturation reactor, and the result was given.This paper provide the simulation of the G2 design and also give the realization way. It included the pulse transformer design and the pulse forming network (PFN) design. The discussing of how to decrease the leak inductance is given in this paper.This paper also gave the design scheme of the high voltage charge power supply, testing part and the system control part. The EMC design is a very important partaccording to this high voltage and fast pulse supply. This paper discussed the electromagnetism source and the measures have done.Finally this paper gives the testing result of this power supply system and show the design of this system is available.
