The development of national economy is inseparable from the support of supporting industries.Wire and cable is one of the largest industries,and it is widely applied in energy,transportation,communications,enterprises and petrochemical industries.With the steady development of China's economy,in the "13th Five-Year" period,in terms of wire and cable industry investment is increased,the increase of wire and cable products demand,especially the demand for high-end products,has brought opportunities for the development of the industry.At the same time,China's wire and cable industry is facing challenges,the homogeneity of the products,the low-end product market competition,low profits,in the face of the entire cable industry structure adjustment,national policy support for independent innovation of enterprises,the market for the increasing demand of cable,cable for the survival and development of enterprises can not only rely on traditional management experience,have the need for scientific management,build the core advantage.The strategic management of the enterprise has clearly defined the direction and goal of the development of the enterprise,and promoted its competitiveness,which is the key work to be carried out by every enterprise at present.Based on the above research background,this paper takes Liaoning Province Star Wire & Cable Co.Ltd as the research object,carried out a full investigation of it,based on the enterprise strategic management theory,using PEST,five forces model analysis of Boston,Nova company faces the opportunities and threats,its own advantages and disadvantages,in-depth study of its development to explore the implementation of strategy selection and safeguard measures of enterprise strategic management CNSPC,and provides reference for the implementation of enterprise strategic management of small and medium sized enterprises of wire and cable.This paper is divided into six chapters to further study the development strategy of Liaoning Xinxing wire and cable Co.,Ltd.,the first chapter describes the research background and significance,methods,ideas and frameworks.The second chapter mainly carries on the theoretical summary and the present situation analysis.The third chapter analyses the external environment and internal environment of Xinxing company on the basis of theoretical analysis.The fourth chapter,according to the main points of SWOT model analysis,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Xinxing cable company,and then determines the strategy selection and implementation process.The fifth chapter expounds the development strategy implementation and security system of Liaoning Xinxing wire and cable Co.,Ltd.,and finally summarizes and prospects.
