Research On Complex Design Of Campus Entrance Space Of Urban University

As an important part of national strength,education development has been paid more and more attention.University is the carrier of higher education,which is an important material place to carry out and develop education and realize the cultivation of talents.Since the large-scale enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in our country in 1998,the construction of university campus has also attracted the attention of the society.And the relationship between the campus and the city has become more and more close.The entrance space of university campus is the only link between the closed campus and the city.It is the common node space between the campus and the city and has the dual attributes of campus and city.At the campus level,entrance space is a reflection of campus ethos,cultural context and regional characteristics.At the urban level,the entrance space is a comprehensive reflection of the landscape environment,road traffic,functional needs and cultural history of regional cities.The expression of campus entrance space is influenced by urban environment,campus management model and campus scale.With the development of time and urbanization,the campus entrance area is updated,and the relationship between campus and city becomes more and more close.At this time,the original system of campus entrance space has been unable to meet the needs of the current situation,so many problems come.such as environmental landscape disharmony,traffic organization confusion,mixed function,lack of cultural context and so on.These are the embodiment of campus isolation from the city.Therefore,the author thinks that the entrance space of the contemporary campus should not only pay attention to the display of its own cultural features,but also promote the development of the surrounding cities.The concrete manifestation is in the campus interior and the outside school city exchange and the fusion aspect.Based on this background,this paper studies the entrance space of contemporary urban colleges and universities from the point of view of the existing problems of campus entrance space.Firstly,the research object is defined,and the university and entrance space are classified and analyzed in different aspects.This paper investigates the entrance space of Dalian colleges and universities and takes it as a practical basis.Secondly,by introducing the method of compound,the paper expounds the steps of campus entrance space compounding,and decomposes the entrance space into the mode of other function system of entrance space.Thirdly,this paper makes a case summary analysis,discusses the compound combination mode of the entrance space of the Chinese university campus,expresses it in the form of diagram,and points out the types of university that the compound principle applies to.Finally,the theory is applied to practice for the composite design of southwest gate of Dalian University of Technology.
