Solar Spectrum Synthesis Technology Based On LED Array Light Sources

Solar simulation technology is a technology that uses artificial light source to simulate the solar radiation characteristics and geometric characteristics.Due to the LED solar simulator has the advantages of high efficiency,stability,and easy to control,it has become the development trend of solar simulator.This paper puts forward a spectrum synthesis method based on LED array light source combined with LED spectrum synthesis technology,LED drive and heat dissipation technology.Provides a new technology for spectral simulation of LED solar simulator.This paper studied the spectral synthesis method based on LED spectrum of Gaussian model,established the functional relationship at all LED peak wavelength;using linear constraint optimization to obtain the optimal solution;through simulation experiments verifi-ed the ability of the algorithm to simulate several typical spectrum with peak wavelength equally spaced LED spectral data sets,the correlation coefficient reached above 0.98;analyzed the cause of spectrum distortion in simulation test,cam up with a spectral distortion compensation method,and verified the feasibility of the compensation method though experiiments.Combining with the control requirements of LED solar simulator,through the analysis of LED lighting technology,designed the LED array light source control system and cooling system with the modularization idea.Using LabVIEW to design upper computer control software based on VISA library functions to achieve light dimming and temperature control of LED array light source.According to the measured spectrum of the selected LED,analyzed the ability of the spectral matching algorithm to match the solar spectrum through simulation experiments,designed experiments to verify the solar spectrum matching performance of LED array light source control system,the experimental results show that the synthesized spectrum meets the AM 1.5 A standard.
