Apartment Building Design Research Method Of Contemporary Colleges And Universities

With the development of China's economy and the progress of society,education of our country starts from "elitist" to "universal".In the nearly 20 years since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,colleges and universities have built new campuses,and student apartments have been built up.Nowadays,the teaching mode and the change of education concept,to the student apartment put forward more requirements,student apartment should satisfy the students daily life rest,learning,communication,entertainment and other needs.Through data collection,research analysis and the method of questionnaires,understand the basic situation of present university students' apartment in xi 'an region,do to the problems existing in the description and analysis,summarize the design experience,and the design of the apartment for students to study,the related design method is proposed.The author through the study of the meaning of some college students apartment design related principles,ideas and methods,make students apartment design more meet the needs of contemporary university students,for college students to provide a good learning environment.The full text is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part of the research background,research purpose and meaning,the selected topic origin,made a brief description of the main research contents,means,and analyzes the necessity of research of this topic.The second chapter describes the development status of college students' apartments at home and abroad,compares the characteristics of students' apartments at home and abroad,and finds out the shortcomings of the current student apartments in China.The third chapter of the typical college student apartments in xi 'an region research,won six basic situation of the typical case,through questionnaires to students,won the satisfaction about research case specific research projects.In the fourth chapter,the planning and design of students' living areas are discussed,and the planning and planning of living areas are discussed.This paper studies the design essentials of cluster mode,supporting facilities,outdoor space and road in living area.The fifth chapter,on the basis of the foreword,continues to study the specific design methods of each sub-item in the student apartment design.Finally,this paper summarizes the research viewpoints and results of the thesis,and puts forward some suggestions for the design of college students' apartment in China.
