Energy and consumption have a significant impact on the development of the society and improving people’s livelihood. Economic and social development by leaps and bounds promoted the upgrading people’s living standards effectively, and followed the growing of energy consumption. The building energy consumption will produce the great waste without limit and improve for the building energy consumption is a major part of the energy consumption of the whole society. The case thereby bringing to the environment and resources of a heavy burden and reaction to human survival and development. Therefore, how effectively use energy play an important role on energy saving and environmental protection.From a hot topic “energy saving and comfortable"in recent years, this paper focuses on the effect of the night ventilation technology applied in college student apartments. Night ventilation is an effective and inexpensive measure to improve the indoor thermal environment and air quality in summer night. The paper based on this advantages, firstly, calculated the CCP of summer night of Chongqing and descripted the climate cooling potential quantitatively. Then, the qualitative analysis for comfortable of nighttime ventilation technology in Chongqing was conducted for using the Weather Tool module. Meanwhile, questionnaire survey was carried out and summarized the main factors influencing the students to apply night ventilation measures and analyzed the subjective views of students for the use of night ventilation cooling technology. Finally, the paper analyzed the influence factors of the relevant factor on night ventilation technology through the experimental test, while evaluating the night ventilation effect on nighttime indoor air quality for using CO2 index.This paper integrated three methods including theoretical analysis, questionnaire survey and experimental testing, and the main research results are as follows①The CCP of summer night in Chongqing region is only 7.75 according to typical data, and the June with the greatest potential can run to 14.83. The calculation indicate that the satisfactory cooling effect could be hardly to achieve only rely on nighttime ventilation without other support measures.② The utilization rate of night natural ventilation time in thermal comfort zone can increased 42%, 30%, and 38% respectively in June, July and August in Chongqing when using night ventilation technology, which means the thermal comfort zone has significantly expanded in summer.③ The subjective questionnaire survey for students showed that the unacceptable for thermal environment in summer night of dormitory occupy 73.02%, and open doors or windows take the highest proportion, accounting for about 71%, for the improvement of indoor air quality in summer. In addition, in order to create a comfortable sleep environment and favorable indoor air quality, 85.71% of the students choose to take measures actively even at midnight. Students showed high degree of acceptance about subjectively consistent for the application of night ventilation technology to improve the indoor thermal environment and air quality at summer night.④ In sunny days, the lowest indoor temperature of air conditioning associate with night ventilation can reduce 0.7℃compare with simple night ventilation, while the average indoor temperature is lower 0.4 ℃. And bilateral ventilation indoor temperature can drop by 0.5℃than unilateral ventilation room, while the difference of the lowest indoor temperature between two kinds of ventilation room reach to 0.6℃. Compared with unilateral ventilation, the biggest drop of dormitory temperature of bilateral ventilation can be increased 0.8℃ in cloudy, while the maximum temperature difference of two kinds of ventilation room can up to 1.8℃. Furthermore, the biggest drop of indoor temperature increase 0.7℃, while the lowest one and the average one decreases 0.6℃ and 0.4℃ respectively when sunny night ventilation prolonged two hours.⑤ Indoor air quality of Student apartments has improved significantly by night ventilation. But the height and towards has no obvious influence on indoor CO2 concentration in the process of night ventilation. Compared with unilateral ventilation, indoor CO2 concentration of bilateral natural decay rate has doubled, and the time of indoor CO2 concentration lower than the standard value can be increased by 20%. Meanwhile, the time of indoor CO2 concentration lower than the standard value can be increased 1.5 times when the night ventilation prolonged 2 hours. |
