Abstract/Summary:
Anti-lateral force components are so important for high-rise buildings. With thefast development of high-rise buildings, a variety of new shear walls have beenproposed, and among them is the Steel Plate-Reinforced Concrete Composite ShearWall. Steel Plate-Reinforced Concrete Composite Shear Wall combines the advantagesof both steel and reinforced concrete structure, and it has high bearing capacity, largestiffness, good ductility and hysteretic behavior. Current studies on SteelPlate-Reinforced Concrete Composite Shear Wall are not enough, and the lack ofproject experience and calculation theory has been hindering its application in theEngineering. Therefore, it is very necessary to initiate a comprehensive and systematicalstudy on Steel Plate-Reinforced Concrete Composite Shear Wall. This paper creates aseries of shear wall specimens finite element model, uses ABAQUS to simulate andanalyse them, and then researches their mechanical properties under monotonic loadand cyclic load.Firstly, this paper discusses the concrete damaged plasticity theory, and putsforward a method to calculate the parameters of the concrete damaged plasticity basedon the new Code for Design of Concrete Structures. Then, through comparingsimulation results, it can verify the correctness of the method to calculate the parametersof the concrete damaged plasticity, providing a foundation to simulate the specimens.Secondly, based on codes and previous studies, this paper designs a series of shearwall specimens and researches their mechanical properties under monotonic load andcyclic load by using ABAQUS. Draw the relationship between horizontal load valueand vertex displacement value (P-Δ), and use the values of bearing capacity, deformability, ductility and hysteretic behavior to estimate the shear wall specimensmechanical properties. Analyse effects of height-width ratio, axial compression ratio, concrete grade on seismic behavior of Steel Plate-Reinforced Concrete Composite ShearWall. Compare the seismic behavior of Steel Plate-Reinforced Concrete CompositeShear Wall with that of Reinforced Concrete Shear Wall and Steel Reinforced ConcreteShear Wall. Finally, this paper gathers the simulation results, and fits the skeleton curve ofSteel Plate-Reinforced Concrete Composite Shear Wall by using linear-regressionanalysis.
