With the rapid development of road infrastructure construction,road transport has played an important role in delivering goods.Driven by economic interests,overloading has become more serious.Effective supervision of overload behavior is imminent.There are two main kinds of weighing systems: static weighing and weigh-in-motion(WIM).Although static weighing method has reached high weighing accuracy,it is time-consuming and ineffective.WIM system can measure vehicle load while the vehicle is moving,which improves the weighing efficiency to some extent.However,it is not only difficult to supervise overload in remote areas where underground weighing platforms cannot be laid but also can’t achieve real-time monitoring.Therefore,the vehicle-mounted dynamic weighing system that combines the weighing platform with the vehicle itself is future research trend.Currently,research on vehicle-mounted dynamic weighing system is still in its infancy.Domestic study on vehicle-mounted dynamic weighing technology is especially exists many problems.In addition to lack of weighing accuracy,the factors that affect the weighing accuracy are also not mature enough.Therefore,a vehicle-mounted vehicle load mass dynamic weighing system is proposed in this paper.Some factors that affect the weighing accuracy during vehicle dynamic weighing,including longitudinal acceleration and vertical acceleration,are taken into account.Hardware structure and weighing data signal processing algorithm is respectively considered to improve the system’s weighing accuracy.By using the relationship between the vehicle load and the leaf spring,the vehicle load is obtained through indirect measurement of the relative displacement between the frame and the axle.In order to meet the relative requirements for the weighing accuracy of the designed vehicle-mounted vehicle load mass dynamic weighing system,it is necessary to process the collected dynamic weighing data.In this paper,the weighted moving average filtering method is used to preprocess the collected leaf spring displacement signal.Then the BP neural network algorithm is used to process the longitudinal acceleration and vertical acceleration signals that affect the dynamic weighing accuracy.Finally,the least squares method is used to establish the fitting function of the relative displacement between the vehicle load and the frame-axle(leaf spring displacement),and finally the vehicle’s vehicle load is obtained.Finally,the reliability of the system was tested on the experimental car.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the vehicle-mounted vehicle load-mass dynamic weighing system proposed in this paper satisfies the dynamic weighing accuracy requirements.In the end,the reliability of the system is tested on the experimental car.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the vehicle-mounted vehicle load dynamic weighing system proposed in this paper satisfies the dynamic weighing accuracy requirements.
