In recent years, the development of China's road transportation industry is developing rapidly, and the number of car owners is increasing. On the one hand, cars facilitate people's travel, and on the other hand, they bring negative effects such as traffic accidents.Pedestrians as a disadvantaged group in traffic accidents have a high mortality rate.Therefore,in-depth study of vehicle and pedestrian traffic accidents is particularly important. This paper takes the vehicle and pedestrians collision accident as the research object, takes the calculation method of the collision speed as the research purpose, analyzes the process and characteristics of the collision between the car and the pedestrian, and discusses the type of accident and the general method of calculating the speed of the vehicle. In view of the little information on the scene and the difficulty of collecting the trace information,a collision speed prediction model based on the stop relative distance of the human vehicle is proposed, and the simulation experiment is used to compare the collision speed estimation method and the existing collision speed estimation method. The vehicle speed estimation model is effective.Through the MATLAB simulation platform, the influence of the relative distance, the pedestrian throwing angle, the friction factor between the vehicle and the ground, and the friction factor between the pedestrian and the ground on the collision speed in the model are analyzed. The theory of uncertainty is introduced, and the theory of uncertainty evaluation and its application in vehicle speed reconstruction are analyzed. Then, according to the collision speed estimation model established in this paper, the uncertainty theory of uncertainty is applied to evaluate the uncertainty of each parameter in the model and the estimation results of the collision speed, and the optimum range of the collision speed is obtained. The accuracy of vehicle speed estimation at the moment of collision is discussed.Using MATLAB checking and PC-CRASH simulation, the estimation model of collision speed proposed in this paper and the effectiveness of the evaluation method of uncertainty theory in vehicle speed estimation are proved.
