With the arrival of the upsurge of expansion and expansion of domestic expressway projects,a large number of expressway prefabricated slab bridges need to be widened and rebuilt.Therefore,this paper combines the prefabricated slab bridges of the Jinan-Qingdao Expressway expansion and expansion project to carry out relevant widening and splicing schemes.Firstly,based on the characteristics of the Jiqing-Qingdao Expressway project,based on summarizing and analyzing the experiences of domestic highway reconstruction and expansion,combined with the results of on-site inspections and field investigations,through detailed comparisons of multiple schemes,over-scientific argumentation and careful comparison and selection,detailed Study and determine the bridge widening method and connection method for safety,application,economy and guarantee,and the structure of different types of bridges..Then,according to the widening method and the structure of the bridge and the specific geological conditions,the impact analysis of the differential settlement of the old and new bridges,the impact of the shrinkage and creep,and the safety check of the widened parts are proposed to propose the allowable settlement values of the new bridge and the new and old bridges.The rational splicing time and the rational splicing structure,and from the design and construction point of view,suggest the control measures for the settlement difference of the old and new bridges and the poor concrete shrinkage and creep.Through the research and analysis of this paper,it will effectively guide the design and construction of the widening and reconstruction of bridges on the Jinan-Qingdao Expressway,avoiding the unfavorable effects of spelling and width on the existing bridge structures and the excessive deformation and cracking of the spliced parts,and preventing the construction and operation period and operation period.The occurrence of safety accidents ensures the safety and durability of the old and new bridge structures.In addition,more and more expressways in China have been listed on the agenda.Through the study of this project,it can provide a certain theoretical basis and practical experience for the follow-up bridge expansion and reconstruction projects similar to the highway expansion and expansion project.
