The construction of water diversion projects for inter-basin water diversion is an important means to solve the uneven distribution of water resources among regions.The diversion project redistributes water resources in different regions through scientific and rational operation scheduling.Therefore,the operation scheduling directly affects the safety and efficiency of the diversion project,which is the key to the diversion project to play its role.However,the water scheduling involves a wide range of factors,and the scheduling work is tedious and complex.There are two urgent problems to be solved in traditional water dispatch management:(1)There is no perfect scheduling scheme and system;(2)The unified scheduling information support capability is poor.In response to the first question,this paper combines the characteristics of the Yangtze River Diversion to Hanjiang River,draws up a process for formulating a flow regulation plan for the diversion of the river and the Han River,taking into consideration conditions such as water availability,user demand,and channel water delivery capacity,and formulates annual and monthly water supply plans.According to the completion of the water supply plan in the previous period,the latest incoming water situation and user demand,the remaining month's water supply plan was revised.Establishing a hydraulic simulation model for diverting water from the Yangtze River Diversion to Hanjiang River,using the constant-gradient flow equation to simulate the process of changing the water level of the channel,using the flow rate equation at the gate as the basic equation for calculating the opening of the gate,and using the restraint gate as the boundary to divide the entire pipeline into several canal segments.Hydraulic simulation model for joint solution.For the problem of poor support ability of unified scheduling information,this paper introduces Web Service technology to design and develop traffic scheduling system.Web Service is a communication mechanism for cross-platform and cross-language access.It is a lightweight independent communication technology used to receive and process requests transmitted from the Internet or other systems on the Internet.Through network communication,the modular API released by the Hubei South-to-North Water Diversion Administration Bureau was invoked to remotely request data exchange and integration.According to the actual needs of the project scheduling operation,combined with the preparation of water supply plans and hydraulic simulation models,the detailed design of system function modules,including the system landing module,real-time monitoring module,scheduling program preparation module,emergency plan generation module and scheduling program evaluation module,to achieve The Automation and Informationization of the Yangtze River Diversion to Hanjiang River.
