In the Internet area,enterprise products occupy an important position in the market compared with consumer products.Enterprise products due to its own function logic is more complex,the understanding of the products cost is higher,a relatively small number of users,the user experience has been in a relatively backward state that a lot of inconveniences in the process of using.User participation design is an effective way to improve the user experience of product,the recruitment of users is relatively large and the cost is relatively high,so the method of user participation in enterprise product design and development is not ideal in the realization and efficiency ratio,how to save research costs and achieve maximize the effects of user participation is one of the challenges faced by the industry and academia.In this paper,on the basis of the existing enterprise product development methods,puts forward the "user part participation" approach,to from the development efficiency and cost,promote the enterprise product user experience.The user part participation method is divided into four steps.The first step is to construct the experience line diagram.By observing the behavior of users in an enterprise product use contact properties,statistical and calculate the user experience on every contact point score,in the form of line chart to map the user experience in the whole process of enterprise products.The second step is to explore the broken line of user experience.By the method of target user interviews,to find out every negative attribute the reasons behind the contact point,the encoded correlation analysis with experience points contact point,find out the influence user experience at the heart of the enterprise product contact.The third step is to filter user participation nodes and solve problems.Based on user experience on the map,according to the contact point experience scores from low to high order its influence factors of the corresponding arrangement,and classifying these reasons,depending on the type of problem and let the user used different methods to propose solutions to these problems.For example,for process problems,users can propose solutions by using card sorting methods.The component problem lets the user adopt the combination method to propose the solution.Finally,the designer puts forward the solutions to the users and proposes the final solution.The fourth step is to filter user participation and solve problems.Based on user experience on the map,according to the contact point experience scores from low to high order its influence factors of the corresponding arrangement,and classifying these reasons,depending on the type of problem and let the user used different methods to propose solutions to these problems.For example,for process class problems,users can propose solutions by using card sorting methods.The component class problem lets the user adopt the fireshot capture to propose the solution.Finally,the designer puts forward the solutions to the users and proposes the final solution.In order to verify the validity of this theory,this paper takes enterprise products(desktop cloud)as an example,using the method of "user part participation,has carried on the improvement to the product design,and general usability tests proved that the part"user participation "approach to improve the effectiveness of enterprise products.
