Research On Connecting Behavior Of The Joint Of Concrete Structures With Embedded Section Steel

The prefabricated steel concrete shear wall is a new type of shear wall which is put forward by modern construction engineering.The type of shear wall can give full play to the advantages of the prefabricated structure,and help to realize the industrialization of the house and the energy saving and emission reduction in the construction field.The key to realize the prefabricated steel concrete shear wall is to ensure the reliable performance of the joint at the joint.Therefore,the key technology of the structure is the connection of nodes with reasonable force and convenient construction.In this paper,a new type of connecting mode,the grouting pin type sleeve connection,is put forward in view of the connection of the connecting part of the upper and lower shear walls.Compared with traditional technology,this connection mode has low requirement for technicians,simple and easy to operate,and can complete connection in smaller space.First,we make the unidirectional tensile test for the specimens of different sizes,and analyzed the different influence factors by their destruction characteristics and bearing capacity.The influence of thickness of sleeve,the anchorage length and diameter of pin on the destruction characteristics and bearing properties of joints is obtained.Then the destruction characteristics and bearing capacity of the component are simulated by ABAQUS software,and the results are compared with the test results.The results show that the connected nodes provide a reliable connection to the steel nodes which exist in prefabricated steel concrete shear wall.Two groups of specimen with anchorange length of 80 mm,thickened sleeve specimen with anchorage length of 90 mm and 100 mm meet the design requirements.We can put forward the trend of various factors and throw out suggestions for the value of various factors in practice: the anchorage length of the joint should not be less than 70 mm,otherwise the hole stress concentration occurs damage;The pin bolt is mainly subjected to shear force,diameter value of pin should be more than 10mm;the thickness sleeve wall should not be less than 5mm,the cross section ratio of sleeve and type steel should not be less than 1.3806.
