Research On Construction Organization Design And Safeguards In Chongqing West Station Of Site Project

With the sustained and stable development of China's economy,railway construction market rapidly expanded,and construction project grows strongly.But many problems also exist in the process of building,such as inefficiency of work,redundancy of people,delay of the construction period,overruns of engineering cost,waste of resources,and decreased of project quality and safety.These are greatly weakened project management levels and reduced the reputation of the construction enterprises.In order to fundamentally make construction enterprise out of extensive management pattern,and enhance competitive power.We must solve these questions which appears strangle in the infancy stage.For specific engineering project,using the scientific method for the construction organization design,and puts forward practical measures.It has become the common problems faced by the project managers.This article first studies the general construction project,profits from the research results of domestic and foreign project construction organization design.It is based on the related theory of construction organization design,and clearly sums up the construction organization design principles,contents and preparation of basis.Taking Chongqing West Station of Site project as an example,using field research,combining theory and practice,and studying eight major aspects of the construction organization design,such as project overview,construction preparation,project schedule,construction plan,resource demand and engineering difficult point.In addition,the factors which influence the construction organization design are identified,and the evaluation index system has been established,including six first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators.Through the use of AHP and FAHP to evaluate,get a good evaluation results.Finally,according to the evaluation conclusion,which given safeguard measures from six aspects.It is divided into construction period guarantee,cost control,quality assurance,safety management,civilized construction and ecological protection.Through a series of specific operations,for example construct a hierarchical control system,the implementation of dynamic cost management and quality responsibility person,which solve the problem of actual engineering construction and improve the management level of the whole project.
