Research On Management Of Shield Machine And Supporting Equipment For Subway Construction Enterprises

With the increasing demand of urban subway construction,the ability to introduce and digest technology has been enhanced.Our country gradually abandon traditional underground tunnel construction technology namely Open cut method,New austrian tunneling method and Shallow tunneling method,Instead,it replaces the construction of Shield construction method with higher security,shorter duration,better economy and stronger adaptability.The principal part of Shield construction method is the shield machine and the supporting equipment.It is a special engineering machinery for tunneling.Modern shield machine integrates machine,electricity,liquid,sensing and information technology.It has many functions such as excavation cutting soil,conveying soil slag,assembling tunnel lining and measuring guide rectifying.This paper is based on the construction enterprise's management mode of shield tunneling and supporting equipment.This paper elaborates on the problems of component sourcing,use,general circulation,maintenance and transformation,idle storage and transportation,and discard disposal,analyzing the insufficient management of each link,searching for deep reasons,seeking to establish a reasonable equipment management system to solve the problem of equipment management.Finally,ensure the equipment management is orderly and reasonable,and then achieve the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of the enterprise.Through field investigation,literature review and other methods and based on the Chinese infrastructure construction leading enterprise,the A engineering company which is A sub-unit of CCCC is relying on the different management modes of the shield machine and the supporting equipment.By analogy,list and other methods,the whole life cycle management process was investigated and studied from the procurement to scrap processing.Finally,the examples are verified,predicted and analyzed,and the management features and shortcomings are found,and then the more scientific management mode is proposed to provide reference and reference for the industry.
