Research On Health Monitoring System Of Large Span Roof Structure In Binhai Railway Station Building At Tianjin

In recent years,the fast growing construction industry has become an important part to promote national economic development.A large number of new buildings which are unique shape,large scale and complex structure stand in China.However,the contradiction between the rapid development of the construction industry and the safety of structure should not be neglected.Engineering accidents are common around us.It promote the birth and development of the structure health monitoring technology.Structure health monitoring technology as an effective means can monitor and evaluate the true state of the structure,and prevent the occurrence of engineering accidents.It is of great engineering significance.This paper introduces the structure health monitoring research of the large span steel roof structure in Binhai railway station building at Tianjin.It understands the operational status of the structure,and monitors the stress,deformation,and vibration information which acts the bars of the structure.The structure health monitoring ensure the normal work of the structure,it also ensure the safety of the structure.The existing monitoring methods were introduced systematically.It summarized and compared the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of stain monitoring,vibration monitoring and deformation monitoring in their respective fields from the technical principles and practical.Combined with the actual situation of the engineering,it chooses the appropriate method and instrument of structure monitoring of the Binhai railway station building.At the same time,the paper discusses the key technology of the monitoring systems.With the monitoring equipment and systems that are introduced above,the forces,dynamic response and geometric distortion of structure are dynamically monitored in the normal operation stage.And then,it masters the change rule of the monitoring parameters and actual working condition of the structure.The research on the monitoring system against the background of engineering example,which provides ideas for the establishment of the health monitoring system,it also provides a reference for related engineering monitoring scheme.
