In this thesis,based on the high-pier and long-span bridge foundation construction in southwest karst area,this dissertation focuses on the control blasting and safety monitoring of bridge foundation construction with high pier and long span,and designs the blasting construction scheme,clarifies the relevant parameters and control scheme of blasting,Blasting operation technology and construction process,the harmful effects of blasting system analysis,targeted safety protection measures to ensure the safety of surrounding structures and pipelines,to ensure the progress and quality of construction projects for the railway in Southwest China and the karst geological conditions The high-pier long-span bridge construction foundation construction blasting provides valuable practical experience.First of all,combined with the natural environment and geological conditions in the construction area,the difficulties and dangerous points of the basic blasting operation of the adjacent high-pier and long-span bridges in karst areas are analyzed in detail.In particular,the safety and protection issues concerning the pipelines and surrounding structures for transporting dangerous goods are analyzed in detail as Blasting program design laid the foundation.In the scheme design,according to the environment controlled by the bridge foundation,the form of foundation controlled blasting is selected.Based on the selection of shallow hole blasting form,the relevant parameters of blasting construction,charge form,blockage,hole pattern,Hole requirements,blasting equipment and blasting network.At the same time,the design and verification of the maximum explosive charge of a controlled blasting operation is carried out and the design of the bridge foundation controlled blasting construction scheme is designed.Secondly,according to the reasons of vibration,individual flying stones,shock waves,noise,toxic and harmful gases and dust generated during the control of blasting operations,the author analyzes the causes of the blasting operations and puts forward his own prevention and remediation measures based on the actual situation of the construction site Measures,and the safety of neighboring structures.Finally,the process of controlled blasting is monitored,the test data is analyzed,blasting experience is summarized,and the control blasting construction scheme is improved.
