Research On Construction Technology Of The Variable Mobile Platform Of Cast-in-place Beam Over The High Pier

This paper studies high pier viaduct grew up abnormity of curved girder bridge girder in-situ construction overhead construction method and construction equipment,it can reduce the cost of high pier construction of cast-in-situ box girder,and more safety and efficiency,more environmental protection.Main research contents are more variable mobile platform across studies,namely,on the basis of the single span variable mobile platform research variable mobile platform across the line,turn key research line platform on the curve girder cross walk to joint device and transition device and platform of multi span truss beam closed folding problem;Platform width adaptability research,namely the research platform meet the width change of special-shaped truss beam bridge construction problems;Variable width of the support system of research,the research platform at variable width of special-shaped bridge girder section of the supporting system and the transverse bridge pier column to the distance change parts of the platform girder supporting system;Varies across the adaptability study,namely,study the multi-span truss beam with variable mobile platform adaptability to changes of the continuous girder bridge span.Multi span variable walking mobile platform system research,namely,study the multi-span truss beam with variable mobile line platform car walking and traction device;The structure of the platform and its supporting system calculation and analysis method research;Research across the straight line platform and its supporting system in the construction work status and walk across the state analysis method to calculate structure.According to the cast-in-place beam construction methods at home and abroad,developed a set of equipment construction within 40 days 3 cross girder and effectively eliminate the high piers of continuous girder bridge with full framing or floor stand casting hidden trouble in security due to the poor stability,make the high piers of continuous girder bridge construction security,more environmentally friendly,high piers of continuous girder bridge construction appropriate to reduce the construction cost of multi span variable mobile platform is feasible.
