BIM technology can be applied to project planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance of the whole life cycle,greatly improve production efficiency and engineering quality.The establishment of fine orbital information model is the precondition of realizing BIM effective application.In the past,the construction of the orbital model is still not enough,there are many details,such as the existence of the model,the collision conflict between the models and so on,and the lack of the complete system of the reinforcement.The model can not be achieved effectly.Therefore,this paper takes the CRTS III type Ballastless track as the object.The method of creating the assembly track BIM civil model and the steel bar model,and the application method of the model in the construction schedule simulation are studied.Based on Revit and its development platform,the positioning and assembling method of the track model along the High Line and curve,and the method of establishing the steel bar model,and applies the model to the actual engineering production through the simulation of the construction progress,and verifies the usability of the model are studied.Mainly carried out the following several aspects of research work:(1)In view of the existing problems in the construction of the track engineering design,the significance of applying BIM technology to the orbital engineering is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the next research work.(2)In view of the characteristics of CRTS III type ballastless track structure,the CRTS III type slab ballastless Track family Library was created.The parametric modeling method,the vertical rotation angle parameterization method,the nested family creation method and the adaptive family creation method are studied.(3)The assembly method of the model along the road is studied emphatically.In the straight section,the adjustment method of the orbital model rotation angle is focused,and the Assembly of the track family model along the arbitrary elevation space linear line is realized.In the Curve section,the method of loading the adaptive family model along the curve is focused,the high curve modeling method and the seamless stitching of the space surface between the different family models,and the seamless fitting of the space surface model is realized.(4)The method and process of Revit API creating rebar are studied emphatically.Including the positioning of the steel bar,the selection of rebar types,reinforcement network parameterization and the creation of special shaped steel bars.The parametric reinforcement of the type of rebar,the type of the hook,the arrangement spacing and the height of the base is realized.(5)The method and process of Revit API creating rebar is studied emphatically.Including the positioning of the steel bar,the selection of rebar types,reinforcement network parameterization and the creation of special shaped steel bars.The parametric reinforcement of the type of rebar,the type of the hook,the arrangement spacing and the height of the base are realized.
