With the gradual increase of urban population,traffic problem is also a major problem.The ground traffic is obviously unable to satisfy people's daily travel.So the development of underground traffic in the city is also the mainstream trend.For the construction of subway,underground tunnel excavation,maintenance equipment handling,and so on,the subway rail transport vehicle is needed to assist.This paper introduces the development of general rail transporter,truck bogie and multi-body dynamics at home and abroad.Combined with the actual needs of subway construction.The paper chooses the bogie and brake system of the key components of the subway rail transport vehicle.The main technical parameters and main structure of the bogie are determined in this paper.And the paper chooses the type of foundation brake rigging and brake.The braking ability is checked by calculating the braking distance,braking rate and braking ratio.The model of the subway rail transport vehicle is established by using the multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK,and the related dynamic characteristics are analyzed in this paper.This paper analyzes the stationary and stability of transport vehicle,obtaining the velocity,maximum acceleration and stationary index.The safety of the transport vehicle passing through straight line and curved track is also analyzed,obtaining the wheel derailment coefficient,wheel rail vertical force and wheel load reduction rate.For subway rail transporters under special construction conditions,the running property of the bridge is analyzed in this paper.And the theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the transport vehicle are provided.The model of the transport vehicle and the bridge is established by using the ANSYS software APDL command stream.And the paper analyzes the vibration condition of the transport vehicle and the bridge.
