Abstract:The bridge vibrates, when the train pass through it. Meanwhile, the vibration of bridge will also affect the train. Along with the running of the train, the matrix of stiffness, mass, damping and load vector of the train-bridge time-varying system is always changing, which is known as the train-bridge coupling vibration. In order to resolve this subject, The domestic researchers usually prepared proprietary simulation software. however, other researchers who wants to study this issue have no choice but to prepare their own simulation software again, obviously which is unrealistic. Due to this situation, with the support of the NNSFC(51178471), this paper will introduce a new method that is co-simulation of FEM combined with multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK which has advantages in fields such as:train rapid prototyping and simulation of wheel-rail contact. The main work as bellow:1.This paper elaborated how to establish the model of the train by software SIMPACK and achieve the coupling vibration co-simulation of the train-bridge time-varying system by the interface program called FEMBS. The train modal has42degrees of freedom, and then the train modal need to assemble into modal of train-set by the substructure method. The simulation analysis of dynamic characteristics about the train-bridge system takes the German low interference spectrum as the system excitation source, takes full account of train nonlinear factors and selects the elastic contact wheel-rail model.2. The co-simulation analysis results of dynamic characteristics on simply supported beam with three across24meters which is compared with the results of TTBSIM and verified by the measured data of the field test demonstrate the co-simulation analysis about the train-bridge system is accurate and feasible.3.Taking the Yu-Jiang steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge as engineering background, the co-simulation analysis results show when the train-set pass through Yu-Jiang bridge in the speed of250km/h, the dynamic response of train-bridge time-varying system meet the evaluation criteria.
