Research On Key Technology Of NC Concrete Placing Machine Control System

The concrete placing machine is a kind of mechanical equipment used for placing concrete.The design CNC concrete placing machine is to improve the traditional concrete placing machine.At present our country is strongly advocated prefabricated construction,prefabricated construction has greatly increased the construction process,which requires the prefabricated factory to produce more prefabricated concrete in order to meet the market demand,therefore traditional way of placing concrete have been unable to adapt to the rhythm of the construction.It needs upgrading.CNC placing machine effectively solves the prefabricated concrete placing inefficiency.This paper is to research and develop the national key program green building and building industrialization.The project of "key technology and equipment for industrial production of concrete prefabricated parts" is scientific research orientation.A new type of mechanical equipment used to produce prefabricated components is developed in this paper.Firstly,the 3d model of the CNC concrete material machine was developed,and the model was used to prepare the material for the subsequent simulation of fresh concrete placing.By means of numerical simulation for concrete placing machine casting component and analysis,and then optimize the placing point of the placing machine.It provides some theoretical basis for the control method of the numerical control concrete placing machine and provide corresponding theoretical guidance for prefabricated component manufacturers.According to the mechanical principle and mechanical design knowledge,a new type of concrete placing machine is designed,which is based on CNC concrete placing machine.Using Solidworks software to establish the 3d model of CNC concrete fabric machine,then it is imported into Realflow software to analyze and simulate the process of walking and placing.In addition,ANSYS software is used to simulate the flow state of the concrete when the CNC concrete distributor sprayed fresh concrete.Simulate the flow state of concrete when spraying new concrete with fresh concrete.The simulation results are used to find the fabric points.Since the great relationship between the fluidity of concrete and the concrete collapse degree,it is important to study the flow characteristics of concrete with different degrees of collapse.The result of this experiment is helpful to optimize the fabric point of the fresh concrete placing machine and verify the simulation results.Finally,the fabric machine can efficiently complete the casting of the prefabricated concrete and achieve good results.
