| With the continuous development of China’s comprehensive national strength and the transportation industry,the construction technology of bridges has begun to spread throughout the country.The prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge is quite moderate in all aspects,and is suitable for application under various conditions.It is currently a bridge construction type that is widely recognized and used in bridge construction.At the same time,the prestressed concrete bridge constructed by cantilever casting method has many influencing factors,such as the material bulk density,elastic modulus,cross section size,prestress,internal force and displacement of the structure.Therefore,construction monitoring of the whole construction process of the bridge must be carried out.Keep abreast of the changes in deflection,elevation and stress of the various parts of the bridge during construction.Make reasonable adjustments according to actual needs to ensure construction quality and construction safety.This article first summarizes the development status of bridge construction monitoring at home and abroad and the purpose and significance of bridge construction monitoring.Then it describes in detail the content and methods of construction monitoring.The continuous beam bridge model of Jiamusi Bridge was established through Midas software,and the simulation analysis of the construction process was carried out.And through the analysis and comparison of internal forces and stress states at each stage,the correct conclusions are obtained.The sensitivity analysis of Jiamusi Bridge was carried out and the main influence parameters were obtained,and the main parameters were identified and corrected by the least squares method.The implementation process and precautions of the friction resistance experiment were introduced,and the friction resistance experiment of Jiamusi Bridge was analyzed and compared to arrive at the conclusion.Deflection,elevation and stress are monitored during each phase of the construction process.Through the comparison of measured data with theoretical values,the data are basically consistent.The construction of the bridge is always in a safe state and the stress is reasonable,indicating that the construction monitoring is successful. |
