Tunnel boring machine(TBM)is the main construction equipment currently used for rock tunnel excavation.Its comprehensive performance directly affects the construction period and cost of tunnel construction.In the current TBM construction,the theoretical calculation and construction experience are usually used to determine the tunnelling parameters at the test heading stage.In the course of the tunneling,the property of the surrounding rock changes greatly.It is very important to adjust the tunnelling parameters to the appropriate value in time according to the construction conditions.In order to set up TBM tunnelling parameters for Heli,the tunnelling efficiency is improved,the excavation data is analyzed and excavated,the correlation analysis of the main tunnelling parameters,the optimization of the tunnelling parameter setting and the prediction of the tunnelling speed are studied.The research results have important scientific significance and significant engineering value for optimizing the setting range of the TBM tunnelling parameters,improving the tunnelling speed and saving the construction cost.This paper introduces the mechanical rock breaking theory and the influencing factors of the tunnelling speed of the disc hob,summarizes the main influencing factors of the tunnelling speed and the law and mapping relation between the tunnelling parameters,studies the main tunnelling parameters,and obtains the variation curve and distribution statistics of the main tunnelling parameters,analyses the correlation between the tunnelling parameters and the tunnelling speed,and obtains the results.The main tunnelling parameters which have great influence on the tunnelling speed;two new definitions of interactive variables are put forward,which have practical significance.The prediction analysis method with interaction terms is put forward.The comparison between the prediction speed and the actual speed is made,and the average deviation ratio is 3.824%.The results show that the interaction term is reliable for the prediction and analysis.The mathematical model of tunnelling speed optimization is established,and an interactive multi-objective optimization method of tunnelling speed is created.From a case,the actual case analysis is carried out with the tunnelling speed optimization method.The tunnelling speed is compared and verified before and after the optimization.The average average value of the tunnelling speed is 50.61 mm/min,which is slightly higher than the average tunnelling speed of 48.05 mm/min before the optimization.The optimal tunneling parameters range under qualitative conditions,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal setting of tunneling parameters.The regression analysis and prediction process of tunnelling speed is designed,the traditional heading speed regression prediction model is established,and an improved real-time prediction method with deviation value is put forward.The deviation control between the prediction speed and the actual speed is less than 1%,and the practicability,timeliness and accuracy of the prediction method are improved.The interface design and function design of the real-time prediction software for TBM tunnelling speed are completed.The real time adjustment and updating of the tunnelling parameters are realized.The real-time display,prediction and contrast display of the tunnelling speed curve have been realized,which simplifies the prediction process and improves the efficiency.
