| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the number of infrastructure projects,such as roads,houses,water conservancy,mines and so on,has increased,which has led to the increasing demand for construction machinery.As a common equipment in engineering vehicles,excavators are used more and more.In the process of using excavator,the owner of excavator usually needs to know the state of excavator in order to supervise it.The problems in the process of maintenance,monitoring and management are gradually exposed,and the traditional solutions are not enough to deal with them.Therefore,it has become an inevitable trend to develop excavator monitoring and management system by using existing computer technology,sensor technology,wireless communication technology and GPS positioning technology.Excavator monitoring and management system uses computer technology,wireless communication technology,GPS positioning technology,sensor technology to monitor the operation status,location and construction records of excavators being used on the construction site.Excavator owners can view relevant data and administrators can manage all data.This system improves the management level of excavator,facilitates the owner of equipment to manage equipment scientifically,and improves the efficiency of equipment use.It provides a basis for excavator managers to pay excavator users reasonably.After analyzing the requirements of the target enterprise,the whole system is divided into backstage server,excavator terminal,excavator owner client and administrator.C/S architecture is used for the terminal used by excavator and the client of excavator owner.The terminal used by excavator collects the basic information of excavator’s position,motion state,battery power of equipment,workload information of users and photos submitted to the back-end server.Its main research content is to use state detection algorithm to judge the movement state of excavator according to gyroscope data collected by the terminal used by excavator.The owner of the excavator checks the basic information of the excavator through the APP client,displays it on the map according to the location information of the terminal used by the excavator to the background,and looks at the workload information of the excavator user.The administrator uses B/S architecture to enable it to log on to the excavator data management system through a specific web site on the browser and manage all data.After testing,the accuracy of the excavator motion state detection algorithm reaches 88.02%.The terminal used by the excavator can upload basic data and user’s working record data normally.Excavator owner client can normally view the basic information such as the location and running status of all devices under its name,as well as the user’s work record information.Administrators can manage all data on a web page. |
