| With the increase of the traffic volume and overloading vehicles,rutting on asphalt pavement has become one of the premature damage in highway in ourcountry,which seriously affects the safety and comfort of vehicle traffic,so prevention of rutting has become solve problem.As a new pavement material,High Modular Asphalt Concrete(HMAC)can effectively improve the road capacity of rutting-resistance.However,the use of it in our country is still in the early stages,it is short of a systematic study.Through complicated theoretical analysis and structural calculation,the road characteristics of HMAC pavement structure are studied in this paper,which provides the theoretical basis and the technical supportsfor its application.In this paper,the three-dimensional model of HMAC pavement is established by ABAQUS software.The dynamic response of pavement structure under moving vehicle loads and the influence of moving load speed and axle load on response are analyzed.On this basis,by comparing the calculation results of ordinary asphalt concrete pavement,the stress and deformation distribution characteristics of HMAC pavement in actual use are studied.Then the summer pavement temperature field and the temperature stress model is established to study the law of temperature variation and the temperature stress in pavement structure.Finally,the temperature data is output to the pavement model to study the creep deformation process of the HMAC pavement under the condition of continuous temperature change.After comparing the ordinary asphalt concrete pavement,the characteristics of HMAC pavement in resistance to rut deformation are studied.Finally,by changing the pavement structure,the optimum anti-damage structure of HMAC pavement is calculated.The results show that the response of HMAC pavement structure has the characteristics of volatility and instantaneity under the action of moving load.When improve the speed,all the response of each structural layers decrease.When improve the axle load,all the response of each structural layer increase.It shows the destructive effect of overload on asphalt pavement.Compared with ordinary asphalt concrete pavement,HMAC pavement is under greater stress but less strain and displacement.After establishing the model of the summer pavement temperature field and the temperature stress model,it is found that the asphalt surface layer is the most affected by the outside temperature.Under the condition of continuous temperature change,the process of creep deformation caused by the vehicle load is not uniform,and the deformation of the rut mainly concentrates on the asphalt surface.Compared with ordinary asphalt concrete pavement,HMAC pavement can greatly reduce the permanent deformation of asphalt material at each structural layer in the surface layer. |
