With the gradual development and improvement of nuclear energy technology,governments in various countries have increased the construction of nuclear energy power stations.As a heavy lifting equipment,the nuclear polar crane plays an indispensable role in the construction of nuclear power plants,and its key technologies have also become the focus of the research.However,due to the structural characteristics of the heavy inertia steel,the method designed by the existing experience and finally verified by the field debugging can not meet the requirements for positioning accuracy of the new generation.Therefore,it is of great significance to put forward the precise positioning problem of nuclear polar crane.Based on the qualitative analysis of the key components that affect the positioning accuracy of the nuclear polar crane,this paper takes a certain type of nuclear polar crane as the research object,and quantitatively analyzes the manufacturing and installation accuracy and the motion accuracy of the nuclear polar crane.The influence of each error item on the positioning accuracy is also studied,which is of practical significance to the design of the product.Firstly,the manufacturing and installation accuracy of the nuclear ring crane is analyzed,the key components influencing the precise positioning of the nuclear polar crane are analyzed qualitatively,and the error sources and the error influencing factors are analyzed and summarized.By using the theory of dimension chain and the method of statistical analysis,the factors that affect the positioning accuracy of crane in the manufacturing and installation process are quantitatively analyzed,and the manufacturing installation errors of the nuclear polar crane is calculated,and the feasibility of the design is verified.Secondly,in order to analyze the motion accuracy of the nuclear polar crane,the positioning error model of the nuclear polar crane is established based on the Huston multi-body system theory.Including the establishment of the topological structure of the nuclear polar crane,the setting of each body coordinate system,the transformation of coordinate system between each adjacent body based on the position transformation matrix,the displacement transformation matrix,the position error transformation matrix,the displacement error transformation matrix,and the transformation matrix of ideal and actual situation.Finally,according to the established positioning error model of the nuclear polar crane,the motion accuracy of the nuclear polar crane is analyzed.Monte Carlo method is used to solve the accuracy reliability of the nuclear polar crane and to calculate and analyze the motion errors.The statistical data and probability density of each error term are obtained.In order to judge the influence of each error item on the positioning accuracy of the nuclear polar crane,the error sensitivity of each error item of the nuclear polar crane is analyzed.this method not only guides the control of key dimensions in manufacturing and installation process,it also provides the technical basis for the reasonable distribution of the precision of the nuclear polar crane.
