The traditional offshore platform operation process requires the completion of non-cantilever and cantilever mobile drilling platforms,offshore drilling rig platforms,mob ile engineering support platforms,mobile life support platforms,and offshore floating cranes,resulting in a lot of equipment waste.Traditional platforms have many features such as single working conditions,low efficiency,and large economic cost.They con sume large amounts of energy in the process of mining,and waste gas and oil waste cause great environmental pollution during drilling.Therefore,designing a multi-functi onal platform is a development of offshore oil.Market development needs.The self-el evating multi-functional platform studied in this paper has the characteristics of effecti ve use of production equipment,shortened production cycle,energy saving and emissi on reduction,and strong market adaptability,and is in line with the development tren d of current and future offshore platforms.The scheme design,energy saving and emi ssion reduction also directly affect the performance of the self-elevating multi-functiona l platform,and the evaluation of the self-elevating multi-functional platform and the E EDI research are also crucial.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the deficiencies of traditional platforms,we have made major impro vements and innovations and designed a self-elevating multi-functional platform that is economical,efficient,and environmentally friendly.Compared to conventional jack-up offshore platforms,this platform has the functions of drilling,well repair,self-sustaini ng,piling,etc.,and it can use its own collection of natural gas for power generation and energy generation in the process of drilling.It can be used to liquefy and store n atural gas.Energy can be collected while reducing energy use.The entire platform ha s the characteristics of independently fulfilling multiple functions,reducing the number of platform pulling and inserting legs and reducing the number of platforms used,th ereby reducing the cost of the mining process and increasing the commercial value.(2)Based on the features of jack-up multi-functional platform,this paper studies t he evaluation index,and proposes a self-elevating multi-functional platform suitable for different operation categories by using AHP and 9-degree-0.618 combination method.Performance evaluation hierarchy and evaluation index system.The evaluation index c overs the main functional factors in the self-elevating multi-functional platform,and the evaluation system can comprehensively evaluate its performance.The framework of t he evaluation system considers that the self-elevating multi-functional platform focuses on the impact of different evaluation processes on the evaluation process.By weightin g the indicators affected by the type of platform operations in the evaluation system,t he weights are analyzed separately,so that the evaluation system constructed has simu ltaneous evaluation.Self-elevating multi-functional platform capabilities for different job categories.(3)As the offshore platform develops towards the diversification of functions,the issue of greenhouse gas emissions from multi-functional platforms during operation w ill become more apparent.Therefore,the assessment of the energy efficiency of multifunctional platforms is becoming more and more important.Based on the conventional ship EEDI calculation method adopted by the International Maritime Group and comb ined with the special characteristics of the multi-functional platform,an EEDI calculati on method suitable for a multi-functional platform was proposed.By embodying the v arious functions of the jack-up multi-function platform with corresponding important in dicators,the EEDI value can be calculated.According to the calculated EEDI value,t he advantages and disadvantages of different self-elevation multi-functional platforms ar e compared.(4)Program the evaluation system of the proposed self-elevation multi-functional platform,and implement the program proceduralization based on the self-developed mu lti-platform evaluation system,provide human-computer interaction,increase the practic ality,and reduce the computational workload..Through processing the input basic dat a,the program calculates the EEDI value,platform functional index,safety index,and economic and environmental performance index of the jack-up multifunctional platfor m,and comprehensively evaluates the self-elevating multifunctional platform and evalu ates the results.Can quickly modify the design of the platform to achieve better over all performance.
