Research On Urban Design And Control Of The Town Tourism Development Area

With the increasing attention of the development of small towns tourism,the problem of controlling the construction of it has become an unavoidable issue.For the typical small towns in the northeast of Yunnan Province,the targeted urban design guidance and control research is of great significance to the typical small towns in the northeast of Yunnan Province,represented by the Xiaocaoba north area in Yiliang.This thesis mainly studies the material space,the natural environment and the geographical characteristics of the space environment to satisfy the local residents' use and tourists' visiting services.Using the urban design theory and methods to play a guiding and controlling role in the construction process of the small town tourism development area.Through the study of the development of urban design theory,the role and principles of urban design guidance,combined with the characteristics of small town tourism development area.Analyze the particularity and status quo of the small towns,identify the main causes,and determine the goals and tasks of urban design guidance for tourism development area in small towns.Incorporate the general guidance content of the urban design guidance and the features of the area to infer the suitable tourism development area for small towns.The framework and content of the guidance and control framework: From the four aspects of overall architectural style guidance,spatial landscape guidance,road traffic guidance,and land development guidance and control,29 elements are used to guide and control the tourism development of small towns.In the guidance and control method,the five elements of Lynch's image of city are used to classify and guide.Finally,through the case practice in the northern part of the Xiaocaoba north area in Yiliang,the method of urban design guidance and the requirements of the system content elements of the urban design and guidance are required to carry out targeted guidance and control in order to realize the health of the small town tourism development zone that is the foundation for the construction and development of the order.
