Currently,the energy crisis is becoming more and more seriously to be solved.Facing to the damage and shortage of fossil fuels,it is the trend of developing clean-energy.Clean-energy includes wind energy,tidal energy and solar energy.Solar energy is becoming hot area because of it's renewability and universality.it's special structure and material special characterizations become the leader of clean-energy.Adopted high gravity method in preparing precursor(MAI and MAPbI3)of perovskite materials.By comparing device efficiency with normal method,there are too many advantages in device performance.Showed the advantages by using several characterizations.Several parts of this paper:(1)Preparing precursors of perovskite by using high gravity method and normal method.(2)Fabricated device in ITO/Sn02/Perovskite/spiro-OMeTAD/Ag system and compard with normal method.We got 0.62%improvement in solar cell device and 0.06V improvement in open-circuit voltage.By making spectra characterization,we found too many advantages in high gravity method.(3)Fabricated device in ITO/PEDOT:PSS/Perovskite/PCBM/Al+LiF system and compared with normal method.We got 1.47%improvement in device efficiency and 1.11 open circuit voltage.By using high gravity method,we found device performance improvement in efficiency and spectra absorption.At same time,high gravity method is a kind of mature process in traditional energy area.Hoping this paper could provide researchers some useful ideas in developing new-energy.
