Perovskite solar cell is concerned by many researchers at home and abroad,and has become one of the most worthy of study of solar cell because of the continuing rapid growth of photoelectric conversion efficiency,low cost and simple manufacturing process.At present,the popular research direction of solar cells is improving the efficiency of solar cells,enhancing the stability of the battery,achieving the flexibility of the battery,and to the development of environmentally friendly perovskite type solar cells.This paper mainly discusses three aspects of the work,The first work is studying the annealing process of perovskite layer to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency.The second work is making TiO2 film at low temperature.The last work is doing reaearch on anti perovskite solar cell by one-step and tw-step.The specific work of this paper includes the following aspects:?1?The study on the effect of different annealing process of active layer on the performance of perovskite solar cellsThere are three kinds of annealing process of perovskite active layer,one is ordinary annealing: annealing 90 minutes at 100 degrees;the second is slow annealing: the devices rise 5 degrees every 5 minutes from room temperature to 100 degrees,and annealing at 100 degrees for 90 minutes;the last is fast annealing: the devices rise 5 degrees every 5 minutes from room temperature to 100 degrees,then quickly heat up to 130 degrees,and anneling for 5 minutes at 130 degrees.Scanning electron microscopy shows that,compared with conventional annealing and rapid annealing,slow annealing can improve the surface coverage of perovskite layer.The performance test results of PVSK devices show that the slow annealing device has better performance than ordinary annealing device and fast annealing device.The highest photoelectric conversion efficiency of slow annealing PVSK device can reach 13.50%,higher than ordinary annealing device?10.50%?and fast annealing device?11.30%?.?2?The study on vapor-induced TiO2 as electron transport layer in perovskite solar cellWe make TiO2 film by 180?-vapor and using this TiO2 film as electron transport layer of perovskite solar cell.It is found that the perovskite solar cell using vapor-induced TiO2 film as electron transport layer has higher photoelectric conversion efficiency than the perovskite solar cell using 500?-TiO2 as electron transport layer.The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the former can reach 14.50% while the latter can only reach 12.14%.The open circuit voltage of the former is about 1.03 V,but the latter is only 0.84 V.?3?The study on the preparation of reverse perovskite solar cells by one-step method and two-step methodThe solution method of the preparation of perovskite active layer are one-step and two-step.By comparing the performance of one-step perovskite solar cells and two-step perovskite solar cells,we found that the overall performance of perovskite solar cells prepared by one-step method is better than the device prepared by two-step method.The SEM images show that the active layer prepared by one-step method has larger grain than the two-step.Besides,one-step perovskite active layer has less surface defects than two-step.The Section SEM images of two kind active layer tell us that the one-step perovskite active layer is more smooth than the two-step.
