With the development of science and technology,now increasingly higher requirements are imposed on the measurements of industrial production.In the field of flow measurement,Coriolis mass flowmeter is widely used in the flow calculation,discharge of products and other situations with its high precision,good stability and direct manner of flow measurement.Coriolis flowmeter is comprised of the sensor and the transmitter part.The transmitter is subject to the analysis on the vibration signal of primary component through sampling and is converted into standard industrial signal for transmission.The secondary instrument for Coriolis flowmeter is simulated and designed in this subject through the selection of DSP and FPGA.The temperature measurement is provided to compensate the temperature in real-time manner,improving the accuracy of measurement.FPGA is selected in this subject for the data acquisition and data processing,and the processed data is communicated into DSP,in which the data output is made,the pulse output,current output of industry standard and Modbus output are included.Furthermore,LCD screen and button are provided,and related settings of the transmitter are made.CCS3.3 development software is selected for DSP,Verilog language selected in FPGA for programming.When the software and hardware are set up,and corresponding results are available through the test and simulation of system,precisely satisfying experimental requirements.After the design is finished,the transmitter is tested including software and hardware.The corresponding mass flow can be obtained through the test to satisfy experiment request.
