Coriolis mass flow meter, which can measure the mass of the flow directly with its advance of high measurement precision, good repeatability and measurements of multi-parameters becomes one of the fastest growing flow meters currently. It is widely used in the industrial field and has broad application prospects. As a driving source of the flow meter tube, driving system plays an integral role. In this thesis, several problems in the experiments and applications of Coriolis mass flow meter driving system are researched and analyzed, and some effective solutions are proposed. For the problem that the amplitude of sensor signal drift a lot, the reason is analyzed, and the precision rectifier circuit and the low-pass filter circuit are improved. The temperature resistance technology is also proposed. The experimental results show that the countermeasure effectively reduces the influence of high or low temperature. For the lack of driving energy in the single phase flow or the gas-liquid two phase flow, the amplifier circuit configuration of driving system is be improved, and a technology to increasing the driving energy is proposed. The experimental results show that the method effectively increases the energy of the driving system under the same condition. For the problem that the driving control speed is not timely in the gas-liquid two phase flow, a dual-core processor transmitter system scheme based on FPGA and DSP is proposed. The function of frequency tracking and phase tracking belong to the digital drive technology based on FPGA has completed. Furthermore, the detail of implement method and debugging results are given in the paper.
